Heading into 2022

Business in 2021 has been building steadily since May averaging more than twenty bookings each month for the last three months. Things are good and with 2022 comes the launching of my new “Neil Diamond Nights” tribute show in February. Acquiring more accounts that book a show every month throughout the entire year has freed me from spending as much time perusing gigs.

I am beginning to receive interest from larger and more varied types of venues. Possibilities are there for some outdoor summer concerts series and even some county fairs when they begin booking their summer events. I am excited to see what new contacts and opportunities 2022 will bring.

Been planning for investing more resources back into the business for things like a quality wireless microphone system, joining another website as a source of bookings and updating my press kit package. The press kit package could use a new video or two, more pictures and some audio recorded in a sound proof studio with good acoustics. I hope to find some experienced help with all of that.

With the Omicron variant spreading rapidly most of my events will not be open to the general public for a while yet. However, the evidence points to Omicron being much milder than previous variants so there is hope that more venues will be available to the general public in the near future.

Best wishes to all for 2022!
